Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery within the UK typically takes 7-14 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on all UK orders over £40. For orders under £40, a small delivery fee applies and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet — we currently ship within the UK only.

What's your returns policy?
Most Nuvora products come with a 30-day trial (30 nights for sleep products). Not right for you? Return it for a full refund, no questions asked. You also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days under UK consumer law. See our Refund Policy for full details.
