We know plans change. Here's how order cancellations work at Nuvora.
Within 24 hours of ordering
You can cancel or adjust your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Just email us at support@nuvorahouse.com with your order number and we'll sort it out — no fees, no questions.
After 24 hours, before dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. If you contact us after the 24-hour window but before your order has shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate a cancellation, though it can't always be guaranteed once an order is already being prepared.
After dispatch
Once your order has shipped and you have a tracking number, we're no longer able to cancel it. At that point, our standard 30-day trial applies — see our Refund Policy for how to return an item after delivery for a full refund.
How to request a cancellation
Email support@nuvorahouse.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order is eligible for cancellation, we'll confirm and refund you in full to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
